Can I check "All of this distribution was an RMD" even if it is more than the amount I need to withdraw?

I take monthly distributions from several of my IRAs that add up to a lot more than my RMD. I turned 70 and 1/2 in April of 2018.

Yes, as long as you did not roll over any of the money to another qualified retirement account.  TurboTax uses your answer to this question only to determine how much you are permitted to have rolled over.
