Can anyone figure out how much tax biweekly should be withheld?

I make 47.39/Hr I am filed as HoH and claim 2 dependents (my children). I an unmarried but my GF and I live together and have been for a long time now. When I did my 2022 taxes I owed back around 2 grand. I noticed it was odd that througout the year hardly any taxes where taken out. I was getting paid 40.87 in 2022. I researched and kept getting told I wasnt making enough and not enough taxes where taken out. My reason for this post is with my current pay how much taxes should be taken out so i can make the neccesary adjustments. I live in California.

When you asked about your withholding last May and July you were told to use the Tax Withholding Estimator on the IRS web site to figure out what to put on your W-4. Did you do that? Whether or not you did it last year, do it now to adjust your withholding for this year. The Tax Withholding Estimator will show you how to adjust your withholding so that you won't owe a large amount at the end of the year.

I read your response but haven't had to the time to sit down and check. Last year I checked but somehow I ended up owing.
