Can anyone explain to me how I would add my early withdraw of my 401k and if I put the number I received or the number that was withdrawn.

The market value changed on my 401k causing funds to be taken out of my withdraw total

You will receive a 1099R for the money you took from the 401k.   When you have that document, you enter it exactly as it appears.

 

To enter your retirement income, Go to  Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA  401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
