Box 9a on my 1099-R says '0%', but Turbo Tax says the minimum value is 0.01 and I can't move to the next step. What am I missing?

This was a payout from the Employee Stock Ownership Plan from my previous employer.

Yes, if the form has a zero in box 9a, leave it blank.
