Box 7 of 1099-R has 7D. turbotax has 2 distribution code boxes, one for 7 and one for D. Then asks, "I have more than one value in Box 7". Is 7D "more than one value"?

Yes, there are two values in box 7.  The first value is a 7 and the second value is a D.
