Box 1 says $9,181.05 but I'm a server who had Tips I claimed. It's not adding my box 7 (social security tips) to my annual income!

I need to have that $6,516.30 I claimed in tips to my annual gross income

If you reported all of your tips to your employer, then the amount in box 1 of your W-2 will consist of both wages and tips. Tips are also listed separately in box 7 of the W-2 form. Please refer to page 15 of the IRS instructions for Form W-2 under "Box 1: Wages, tips, and other compensation" and page 17 under "Box 7: social security tips". https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/iw2w3_16.pdf. If you did NOT report all of your tips to your employer, then you would need to include the amount that you didnt report, as additional income on your tax return. Additionally, if you have an amount in box 8 of your Form W-2, this is tip income that wasnt reported in box 1 so you would need to report this amount on your tax return as additional income.

The amount in box 7 is already included in box 1 as well as box 5. If you have reason to believe it's not, then you need to take that up with the issuer of the W-2. See the instructions the issuer uses when completing the W-2 at https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/iw2w3.pdf  On page 17 of those instructions in the 2nd column it states:

Box 7—Social security tips. Show the tips that the employee reported to you even if you did not have enough employee funds to collect the social security tax for the tips. The total of boxes 3 and 7 should not be more than $132,900 (the maximum social security wage base for 2019). Report all tips in box 1 along with wages and other compensation. Include any tips reported in box 7 in box 5 also.
