Bank made an error on an IRA form 1099-R can I correct this in TurboTax?

If I enter the exact, but incorrect, figures on the 1099-R into TurboTax where can I explain the Bank's error?

You can't.  You will have to report the 1099-R the way it was issued.  If the bank made a mistake, you need to contact the bank and have them correct it by issuing you a corrected Form 1099-R.
