Are start-up costs and organizational costs different? An earlier reply to a post suggested they were. If so, where do I enter each and what falls into each bucket?

Start-up costs are related to items that are needed to open your business and organizational costs are legal costs for creating the business. Please view the QuickBooks link below as it explains the difference more thoroughly.
