An ira distribution is never taxable if; I had Social Security Income

Please add Distribution Code 7, IRA for $1,090.00. Also add Social Security Benefits paid in 2016 box 5, $12,672.00

Whether an IRA distribution is taxable or not has absolutely nothing to do with whether you have Social Security benefits. Nothing at all. Furthermore, no one but you can change your tax return. If you put the wrong numbers in, then you have to change them. No one else can.
