Am I able to submit taxes if it says the form for my cares act covid relief retirement distributions is not ready? I want to pay over 3 yrs. Does it have info from 2020?

8915-f form. Something i read says turbotax will do form for you after submitting. Is this correct? Shouldnt my income go down if retirment distribution is spread over 3 years so wouldnt my taxes change based off income? Thank you. Clearly I am lost!

No, you must wait until Form 8915-F is available to file your return.  The Form 8915 is not yet completed by the IRS.  It is still in draft, you can check the following links periodically to see when it is available.

Once available you will be able to enter it in TurboTax. Begin with the steps below:

  1. Go to Federal > Wages and Income
  2. Retirement plans and Social Security > Show more
  3. IRA (401K), pension plan Withdrawals(1099R)  Start
  4. Here you will enter your 1099R.

If you took the distribution in 2020, you will not get a new 1099 R to submit.
