All three boxes within Box 13 of my W-2 are shaded, not checked. Does this mean I should check them or leave them unchecked when I file?

Stat emp, Ret. Plan, and 3rd party sick pay. If I understand correctly, these all could apply to my situation but I do not actually know?

If all three cases of Box 13 are unchecked on your form W-2, just do not check any of them on the W-2 screen when you enter your form W-2.

These 3 cases are left unchecked because none of the 3 situations apply to you: you are not a statutory employee, you do not have a retirement plan at work and the amounts in box 1 are not third-party sick pay.
