After entering my '18 income the 2017 sum shows $129,145 pension in 2017 income. is this going to be a problem when I file my 2018 which look correct.

this additional pension income did not show back when I did my 2017 taxes last year.  I'm unsure where it came from.

No, it won't interfere with your 2018 return. As long as you're sure the 2018 is correct, you should be fine.
