After connecting Robinhood account to turbotax, I was able to get to the step where my 1099 forms got pulled to turbotax, then I proceed to the next step then got stuck.

After connecting Robinhood account to turbotax, I was able to get to the step where my 1099 forms got pulled to turbotax, then I proceed to the next step then got stuck. The turbotax on web keeps saying "Oops! It appears there was a drop in our connection. Sorry about this! Sometimes the connection between your browser and our server can be dropped as it traverses the Internet."
I've tried clear cache, used different browsers but none of them works.

You may need to update your Robinhood app to the latest version. They have made changes to the app for the 2020 tax season. Please click How to Upload Your Form 1099 to TurboTax to learn more.

Its a Web, not a mobile app, how do you "update" RH web in order for it to work with your turbo tax?

And please don't tell me to update my web browser, clearing cache, make sure your internet connection is stable...

All those steps don't help.

Here's what helps: tell your technical team to dig into your own "turbo tax online" source code, figure out what's going on on your own TurboTax application before blaming user's browser or RH app.
