A 1099R bug is present in Premier Desktop.  It doesn't allow one to continue after manually entering 1099R info.  (Continue button is disabled)

I have no definite solution to this problem for you, only a suggestion for something I might try in the same situation.

 

Save your return and exit TurboTax completely.  Then restart the program and navigate back to the Form 1099-R section.  Delete the Form 1099-R entry and re-enter the information.
