415 limit refund of after-tax contribution to Roth?

Through my employer, I made both a pre-tax 401(k) contribution as well as an after-tax 401(k) contribution.  In the past, I rolled over the after-tax 401(k) contribution to my Roth IRA outside of the 401(k).  However, this year, I received a 415 limit refund and the 401(k) provider took the 415 limit refund from the "after-tax" portion of my contribution, sending me a check for the amount.  Since the money came out of my after-tax contribution, can I add that money to my outside Roth IRA as a rollover contribution as I've done in the past?

You can but you have to do it within 60 days in order for it to be counted as a rollover contribution.
