401K withdrawal from TN but moved to Alabama

Should Alabama tax me for a 401k early withdrawal if I withdrew the money while living in Tennessee?

No. Retirement withdrawals are taxed based on the date of the withdrawal. If you took out your 401(k) while living in Tennessee, then it is not taxable in Alabama.
