2023 MAGI was too high. Removed Roth prior year excess contribution plus earnings in March 2024. Reported 2024 1099-R on 2023 return. How can report 2024 boxes 4 and 14?

Turbo Tax wants me to amend my 2023 tax return.

The withholding must be included on your 2024 tax return since that's when it was taken.

That's how it works.
