2016 income tax I gave date husband was deceased on 1099. This year why is his name still listed on your 1099? Should I just file new in my nam.

If you filed a Joint Return last year with your deceased husband, you could start a new account with your own User Name and Password.  

If there is a lot of information from last year's return that you want to carry over into your 2017 return, though, you could just go to MY INFO and Delete your husband from the 2017 return.
