2016 Form 1099-R has an item coded PJ. I've amended my 2015 return to reflect this information. Do I need to include this item anywhere on my 2016 return?

No. Although you may have received this 1099-R with the rest of your 2016 paperwork, the taxation relates to 2015. If you amended 2015 and added the income, you have accounted for it correctly.

There's nothing to account for on your 2016 tax return.

The only reason that you would need to enter it into 2016 TurboTax is in the extremely unusual case where there is tax withholding shown in box 4.
