1099R Box 7 says Code J but Roth IRA distribution shouldn't be taxed as it was CONTRIBUTIONS ONLY, not EARNINGS. How do you get Turbotax 2018 Deluxe to accomplish this?

I saw the same thing. Make sure you click through both ‘Continue’ buttons and finish the section comepletly. There are at least 2 sets of questions and at some point you will have the oppertunity to enter prior year contributions. Once you do that you should see your refund number at the top go back up.
