1099a abondoned property of senior

I am a senior who received a 1090a form regarding abandoned property. Do I have to put on taxes and if so will I have to pay any money?

Why was it abandoned, is this due to bankruptcy?
What is recorded in Box 2 on the 1099
What is recorded on Box 4
Is the box checked indicating you are personally liable for the repayment of the debt
