1099-R

I received a 1099-R for a death benefit pension plan distribution in 2019 and it was included in my 2019 tax return. Why would I receive another 1099-R in 2020 in the exact same amounts? The 2019 distribution liquidated the pension plan and there were no further distributions from it in 2020 at all, never mind in the same amount with the same federal and state tax withholds.

Next, what, if anything, do I do with the 2020 1099-INT in my 2020 tax return?

Form 1099-INT is for interest income, not retirement income. Did you also get a 1099-R? If so, call the plan administrator and express your concerns about duplicate income.
