1099-R disbursements? Turbo Tax does not recognize we are both well over 59.5 years old, is taking penalty we need removed from line 79,but cant figure out how? Thanks!!

I have been back over the entry several times and there is never a question about my age or if there was perhaps I answered incorrectly?

What is the code in box 7 of the Form 1099-R? It should be a 7

You mentioned Line 79. There is no such line on a 2020 Federal tax return Form 1040 or Schedules 1, 2 or 3.

What form or schedule are you looking at?
