I just had a great call with one of their tax advisors. What happened in my case was the form was actually in there twice. If you go to the left and click Tax Tools, then Tools, a menu will come up. Click "delete a form" and it will bring up a list of forms in your return. Even though in the Income Entry Section there was only one entry, the form was in there twice. Once I deleted the duplicate form, problem solved.
