1099-B with all zeros imported

How can I either delete or rename and fill out information for an imported 1099-B that has all zeros? A fund had a 1099-INT, 1099-DIV and 1099-B so imported all together.  There was no sale, but I don't find that option under "What type of investment did you sell?"

I renamed it to "Does not exist" so I could identify it. Now I can't even rename it again. When I select "review" it does not give me the option of fixing the name.

If I select "update" for dividends there are multiple Income rectangles. If I click on the trash can icon in the one that has no information (or actually in any one of them) it grays out all of the rectangles but does not delete it.
