He recibido correos donde me dicen que todo está bien, luego que debo esperar más tiempo, me gustaría saber la información correcta

Normalmente, se necesita 21 dias por el reimbolso llegar a tu cuenta. Pero hay algunos creditos que hacen el reimbolso muy mas lento - favor de leer el siguiente:
