I created my LLC in Florida the last year but I didnt have operations with it. Do I need to fill the Schedule C?

As long as your LLC files taxes as a sole proprietor and you file a Schedule C, if you had no income and no expenses, you won't have to report your business. You might still have to file an income tax return if you had other income. See the IRS link below for more information:
