I went to settings on the left-hand side (web) and scrolled down to my TD Canada Trust - Easy Web accounts. I clicked the gear and refreshed those accounts there after it wasn't working from the overview page. Mine was only not refreshing after three days but that seemed to do the trick.

I'm still having this issue in Aug 2023 after about 1 month of no syncing with TD accounts. I'm hoping not to have to wipe the history for the past year to reset. None of the other reset options have worked.
None of these solutions have worked for me. Its been 3 months.
Same. I'm still having the issue. I switched to CoPilot app and now AmEx isn't syncing there *face palm*
Someone sent me the customer service link. They suggest logging onto my account from a computer browser. I had to reverify my TD account (which the app was not prompting) and now both versions are fine.
