Uber Eats Pro TurboTax discount only for 25% not 50% 2023
When I attempt to claim my 50% discount through Uber Eats Pro rewards. I followed the instructions of going to the Driver Dashboard and to the Tax Information page that says 50% discount

When it correctly redirects to this page (https://turbotax.intuit.com/microsite/home.htm?priorityCode=5793700000&cid=all_uber231_aff_5793700000#_) The discount listed from TurboTax says 25%
As you can imagine customer support for Uber says they can't do anything and customer support for TurboTax is an unhelpful AI chat bot that loops indefinitely leading me to this Community forum.
Any ideas on how to get the full 50% discount?
I know that the Uber page says "up-to" but that is so dishonest that technically wouldn't 0% or 1% also count as "up-to"? And by that logic they could say "Get up-to 100% discount" but then offer 1%?
I was under the impression that if you advertise up-to a percentage then that percentage has to be possible in some way like when the lottery says "Win up-to $500".
