Tax Year 2020: Turbo debit card

Just got access to the IRS where's my payment. Entered my info. Used the federal tax return total only. Do not combine state and federal. Theh just want federal amount. I added my REAL bank acount information. Accepted. I suggest anyone else that had their tax refund sent to their debit card with TURBO do complete the above process.

I am not receiving the code to my phone to log into the debit card account. The app keeps crashing and I can't access my account. I am trying to access the account to see if the stimulus is deposited. I received the code to access my turbo account but the debit card account is having problems. Is anyone else having this problem?

Since some people are missing my other posts. I am able to log in. No issue checking my balance now. The issue is now I have no stimulus. I check the stimulus payment information on the IRS website and it says no bank info. I tried entering in my tax info and it would not accept it! It says it has no bank info. It rejected all my info locked me out and said try again in 24 hours. I am not technologically deficient. I am bummed that turbo tax is such a disappointment. I chose this company because I thought they were very advanced.  Not the case.

I had that same problem , I finally got in , I also got a deposit that says general funding but the balance says zero

Had the same problem but the check has not showed up in my account. Maybe tomorrow it will be there. Hopefully anyways.

Why do I feel like turbo had received the money but hasn't deposited it. Overload on their system. I hope it comes tomorrow or soon. Otherwise I need a new tax company!

I’m having the same problem I also have been having problems with my taxes and can’t even get on the IRS site to see when I’m getting my taxes back I will never use TurboTax ever again I’ve had so many problems and no one to help me on here. I have always used H&R Block and I will be going back to them next year this is ridiculous. I have no money or job and I really need this money right now :(

Been having major problems with my Turbo card since the day I got it. Not letting me check my balance online OR by phone.

I think its safe to say that I'm officially DONE with this nonsense come next tax season.

So done with turbo tax. I can’t find any phone numbers anywhere to be able to talk with an actual person!!!

Yes and it’s getting very frustrating. First of all, for some reason, on the irs website, the tracker says my stimulus is scheduled to be deposited today to account # ending in the last 4 digits of my ssn. Meanwhile, my direct deposit should be set up to be put into that turbo debit card account. I have read a bunch of comments online saying that for some screwed up reason, people that used the turbo debit card for direct deposit don’t have it coming up on their direct deposit info for irs. And now I can’t even access the **bleep** account on the app or even the turbo card website to see if my money is in there. It’s getting so irritating. And the number of the back of that card doesnt work!

Hey like others the irs tracking site says supposed to be deposited 4/15 to account xxxxxxxx and it has the last 4 of my social. It is confusing but relieved others have the same situation so it may be how our turbo debit account is numbered. But no one can get in to check the account number or balance so... guess we just wait.

Ha so guess what just happened. went on IRS website to track my stimulus payment (they have a way to do it now). NO bank info saved!! I had to enter my tax info and bank info for the deposit! The freaking turbo tax bank info was NOT SAVED!!! SO ANNOYED! turbo tax system is actually pretty lame. when I entered in info straight from my taxes for verification it said the info was wrong. NOT HAPPY!! and of course you can't contact anyone right now. BOOO TURBO TAX!!!

I had the turbo tax card and I did not receive my stimulus funds. I received the tax advance but filed my taxes for free. I still have access to my debit card and my tax forms show my current account information. I logged into the IRS site today to check my status. I needed to update my bank information. Totally disappointed as I am relying on that money for bills. Check your status here:

I'm having the same problem. It's hasn't ssn last4 as my account number and I can't sign in to my debit card account or call the number on the back

HELLO EVERYONE I HAVE BEEN HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM I CANT EVEN ACCESS ON MY LAPTOP I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER YOU CANT EVEN CHECK CARD BALANCE THEY SAY LATER TODAY OR TOMMOROW AND I ALSO WENT ON IRS WEBSITE TO SEE IF I HAD TO PUT IN MY INFORMATION AND I HAD TO BECAUSE IT SHOWED NO DIRECT DEPOSIT TO POST MY STIMULUS PAYMENT

Some of y’all or even most of y’all are pretty stupid. Turbo gives you everything you need. If you are using the app then there is a chat button that allows you to type in your problems and they even give you the about to chat with someone for free. When you need to call someone it gives you a number when you talk in there chat support. Hell someone can even talk with you through FaceTime and help walk you through everything. As far as it saying you have been approved and not having your money on your card. That’s the irs waiting to send the money. Stop complaining. TurboTax works just fine

I’m having problems with that also.  I imagine the app is crashing because so many people are trying to access it at the same time. The phone system is crazy right now too. Try a balance check at ATM maybe?

Yes, mine keeps telling me that the user name and password don't match. Then once I get that fixed, I tells me there is another issue. I just logged in to my account last night and had no issues. Today, MAJOR ISSUES

The irs tracking told me it was being deposited today to a card with the last 4 of a card I don't have. Does this mean Turbo tax sent me a whole new card? This is very frustrating

servers are overwhelmed.. jus give it a couple days & it should ease up.. haven’t had a issue with them before.. so I’m pretty sure this is nation wide..

same here its just a little suspicious to me that all of a sudden we cant check our accounts, i droveto an atm to see if it was on there it it showed a negative balance.

I cant access my account now get any help website not working and cant speak to noone cant get my check
