spousal support

My wife retired in 2012 and started to get her SSI benefits while  I continued to work for a local government.  I applied for SSI spousal support and got  SSI payment at age of 65 in 2015. I retired last year and is receiving my own pension from the local government pension plan.  I am still being paid the SSI spousal support.  I am not sure whether I am still eligible to receive spousal support.  I don't want to get the money if I am not entitled to because sooner or later I have to pay it back.

Please advise.

We answer income tax questions here.   You need to ask Social Security about the SS you are receiving.  We cannot answer questions about your eligibility to receive benefits from SS.
