Mass Mutual Assets haven’t updated in 4 months on Mint

I really enjoy using my Mint app to keep up with investments.  All the financial companies I have investment with update beautifully ACCEPT Mass Mutual Insurance and Annuity. It has been 4 months since it updated…why?  Merle H
