I used desktop TurboTax, printed it, exited without any fuss, mailed it, and received my refund. For days since then, Intuit has emailed me to remind me to come back and file (as though I used a web-based product), and now that it's after the 15th, I am still reminded (daily) to come back to reduce my penalty.
I could unsubscribe, but I don't want to "turn off" my connection to TurboTax*. I see no way to contact a human. Any ideas?
(*I said I didn't want to turn off my connection, but I will if I find out later that Intuit still has not updated TurboTax to Apple's ARM architecture. It's not like Intuit is one guy living in his mom's basement.)
