Answer to a simple question about Intuit's communication capabilities person to person.....

I have submitted my taxes and they were checked and approved for  submission.  About 2 or 3 days later,  I received notification  they were accepted and forwarded.   Two or three days later I received an E-mail From Intuit that I needed hurry and complete my taxes as time was running out....

 

Which information is correct?  And why do I have more than 2 account listed with Intuit?

This is a public web site that can be seen by anyone—including scammers and would-be identity thieves who would love to contact you and pretend to be from TurboTax.  Please remove the personal information you posted here ASAP by returning to your post and clicking the three little blue dots on the upper right to edit your post.

 

Lots of people have more than one account and do not even realize it.   So if you have another TT account that could have generated the email reminding you to e-file.
