Accidentally paid for US package, needa Canadian turbotax package

Hi,

I accidentally bought a turbotax package for the US. Is there a way to exchange it or get a refund?! I need a Canadian Turbotax package!

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

You will need to contact US TurboTax support for assistance with a refund.  Use the key words Billing Issue when contacting support.

TurboTax support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday
