Turbotax is asking for my military W-2 which is already loaded in the system but the system does not recognize it as a military W-2, what do I do?

Go back and EDIT it  (the W-2).

On the page after the main W-2 form, there is a page with a whole series of check boxes

.....you need to check the top box (Active Duty Military)...and the bottom box should not be checked
