Should I file as active duty military if i am an active guard reserve (AGR) in the national guard

Yes, if you are currently deployed (No if you have a civilian job and are waiting to be called up.).  

AGR Soldiers serve full-time on Active Duty in units and organizations of the Army Reserve, or that directly support the Army Reserve.
