My daughter is in the Military do I have to put her on my return

she did not live at home at all last year

No. If your daughter was in the military last year, then I have no doubt she earned more than $4,150. Therefore nobody else qualifies to claim her as a dependent on their tax return. She will file her own tax return and take her own standard deduction.
