Im stationed in Georgia on active military orders but I claim Indiana as my state of residency. My wife is unemployed with no income does she claim Georgia or Indiana?

Under the new law, your wife may claim the same HOR as you, Indiana, even if she never lived there.

If she didn't have employment, neither of you is required to file a Georgia tax return.
