You will receive your military W-2 on or before 02/01/2021 from DFAS.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for entering a W-2 - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/entering-importing/help/how-do-i-import-or-enter-my-w-2/01/26253

Basically, *everything* concerning money from the military is obtained from the mypay.dfas.mil website using the same CAC login credentials that you use to get your pay statement every pay period.
