Are you asking about prior years or saying that you were in the military for part of 2019?
If you were in the military for any part of 2019 you can answer the question in TurboTax that asks if "...you are former or current military?" Yes and that will trigger the military interview questions for you.
If you are asking about prior years, then you will need to download TurboTax products for the years you need to file and answer the military questions there. Here is a link for prior year products.
