I dont have the option to say my spouse is US Armed forces, only me. It is telling me to review my info and it is saying my spouse is not in the military which is wrong.

You can indicate in the Personal Info section (see below.)

Unfortunately, on my spouses information it does not give me any of the following options in the picture. It asks for names, social security, and if they were blind. That is it. I do not know why it will not ask me the other necessary questions.
