I am trying to file my PA state taxes im active duty military. Turbotax doesn't recognizes this because it always tells me i owe money at the end. I should get money back

I just need to know what button to press or whatever it is so i can actually get the money back that i paid into my state taxes

You need to review your PA return in TurboTax and find the Income and Adjustments option. Choose that option and look for the Compensation Summary screen and edit it. You will come to a section where you can make your military income exempt from taxation. Here are some screen shots:

You probably know this already, but your active duty military pay is not taxable by PA only if you earned it while stationed outside PA.
