I am active duty military and I received a small bonus last year that was taxed. How do I file that in my taxes to receive that taxed portion back?

It depends, but it's likely included in your W-2.  The Active Duty w-2s I've come across either report the bonus on it's own separate w-2 or include the amounts in the wages (box 1) and Federal Tax withheld (box 2) amounts.  Because of the requirements of withholding tables, bonuses generally have a large amount of taxes withheld taken out from them.  However, bonuses do increase your wages, which creates more tax.  Therefore, while you will likely get a portion of these extra taxes back, you might not get all of them back.
