Dual Military with different HOR, FL and GA

First time filing jointly as a mil-mil couple, my husband pays GA state taxes and I do not as I’m from FL, for some reason it seems to add my W-2 to his state taxes. I’ve never had to pay/manage state taxes so it’s new to me. Thank you in advance!

You may want to file separate Georgia returns.  See How do I prepare a joint federal return and separate state.

If one spouse is a resident and the other is a nonresident without any Georgia-source income, your Georgia return may be filed jointly or separately with each spouse claiming the appropriate exemptions and deductions.
