Does a military LES form count as a w-2 form for filing taxes ?

I have my DFAS Form 702 and I wanted to know if that counts as my w-2 statement

No, it does not.  A military W-2 is exactly the same as a civilian W-2.

Go to the DFAS website to request a copy of your W-2 - https://www.dfas.mil/legislativeaffairs/taxstatements/

You can download your W-2 directly from the mypay.dfas.mil website. Just log on with your CAC or PIV account.
