Disaster distribution-if I received the normal COVID relief for a family w/ 2 kids, or if I paid back the forced tax withholds that the military required, do select this?

Do I select the "have you ever taken disaster distribution before 2021"? under wages

this question has to do with taking a distribution from a retirement account, such as an IRA.
