Did we live in the U.S. for more than six months in 2016? We are stationed overseas on military orders.

Since you are active military you do not enter that you lived anywhere else than your resident state.  You also indicate that you did not work in any other states if your only income is from military pay.

Go back to the Personal Info section and edit your name.  Make sure that you enter your resident state and indicate that you did not live in any other states.
