Can you claim moving expenses if you're not in the military? I didn't select the military option, but turbo tax was allowing me to claim. I don't think this is correct.

No, moving expenses are no longer deductible on your federal return.   However, members of the military can still deduct moving expenses and some states may allow the deduction on their tax returns, so TurboTax will allow the entry in case your state allows the deduction or you are in the military.  However, there should be no deduction on your federal return if you are not in the military.   Make sure there is no federal deduction (Form 3903) before you file so you don't have to amend it later.    If you are not in the military, delete Form 3903 from your return.
