Arm National Guard, had active duty time in two different occasions: 1. Active duty for training and 2. Active duty orders for 2 months. How do I report my W-2 as active

You don't have the option of entering your W-2 as either "Active" or Guard/Reserve". Just enter it exactly as sent to you by DFAS. 

When asked to describe your military status, select National Guard. In any case, your answer won't affect your return, just the order in which military-relatd questions are asked.
